This Rosé de Saignée is obtained by a short 24-hour maceration of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Pinot Noir brings fruit and complexity, Chardonnay brings freshness.

Tasting: the nose is very fruity and complex. It reveals notes of cherry and birch. The palate is vinous and fruity with a lemony finish.

Food and wine pairings: it is a table Rosé that will go wonderfully with red meats such as venison or with fragrant poultry such as duck breast.
