A dry champagne, strengthened by a marked minerality, where the imprint of the terroir of origin is denoted. Sweet notes of pear and citrus due to Chardonnay and delicate spices (pepper and cinnamon). Great persistence. It is a champagne reserved for purists. Sublime as an accompaniment to oysters and shellfish.
