Tasting: a fruity nose on the apple with floral notes. The mouth is chalky and creamy, the bubbles are fine with a nice acidity in the mouth. This is THE signature cuvée of the House!

Food and wine pairings: ideal as an aperitif or with a fish- based starter. This Cuvée Brut will work wonders with a prawn mousseline with pistachios.

Blend: 90% Chardonnay 10% Pinot Noir
Year: 55% of this blend is from 2013 and 45% from reserve wines from 2006-2011-2012
Fermentation: Partial Malolactic
Dosage: 8 g/l
